I worked as a warehouse associate, assisting with picking items, packing them into shipments, and ensuring they were sent to the correct suppliers. I focused on maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the process to support smooth operations.

From August 2021 to August 2022, I was promoted to Warehouse Service/Management, where I took charge of daily operations and was responsible for managing the warehouse system, which I mastered within just a few weeks. I oversaw several key shipments, ensuring their safe and accurate packing and delivery to the correct recipients. Additionally, I handled diverse tasks, resolved operational issues, and proactively implemented solutions to support smooth and efficient operations.
